Shipping
Orders will not ship same day. Please allow 1-2 days for orders to be processed and packed. If you select an express shipping method, the order will ship in 1-2 days. No orders ship on the weekends.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
We only insure packages if you click the shipping for "2nd day insured" which costs $15.
You can also choose "Direct Signature Required- 2nd day" which means the person who's name is on the box must be present to sign for it or it will not be delivered.
If a package cannot be delivered for any reason and needs to be rerouted, then a new shipping fee of $25 will be charged to the customer. If you need your package to be rerouted to a different address other than what was submitted on the order then a new shipping fee of $25 will be charged to the customer.
Shipping is a flat fee of $10 and is not insured to any location in the United States except Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is a flat fee of $15.00 and ships by USPS.
We offer Overnight shipping. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you select overnight shipping at checkout it will ship the next business day. Reaching you two days later from the date of order (Monday through Friday).
Shipping outside the US is flat fee of $80.00 and customs and duties taxes will be paid by customer, not by Alicia Bell Ltd.
If you don’t receive your package please email hello@aliciabell.com and we will make sure you have the correct tracking information. If something is missing or the wrong item was sent you have 5 days from the delivery date to email us and let us know.
Alicia Bell LTD is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you do not choose to insure your package, we will not be able to submit any claims through UPS/ USPS. If you have insured your package and it gets lost we can file a claim on your behalf but UPS/ USPS will decide all claim outcomes at their discretion.
Please note: We do not accept returns at this time. However, we’re happy to offer exchanges to ensure you love what you receive.
We click our photos in natural light so that the product depicted on the website is closest to how it looks in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight colour difference seen in the product is unavoidable. Some products and colours also tend to look slightly brighter in photos as the camera lens always highlights certain colours more.
